  • Do you use local ingredients?

    We do! Well, mostly. Other than sugar all of our ingredients and mix-ins either come from the Hudson Valley or we make them from scratch. All of our dairy comes from Hudson Valley Fresh Dairy Farm. Some items of course are hard to source local but we try our best, even our Miso we use comes from a company who makes it in CT

  • Where can I get Pinky's?

    Pinky’s are now sold in select stores and you can even find us popping up for Ice Cream Socials every now and then. Check the WHERE page for more!

  • Are you sold in stores?

  • When do your flavors change?

    We allow the farmers markets and the seasons to dictate whats next! So don’t expect fresh strawberry ice cream in December.

  • What sizes do you offer?

    We offer a 5oz personal cup and a 12 oz to share! (or as a personal cup depending how confident you are)

  • Do you offer wholesale?

    Yes!! If you’re interested in carrying our cups in your store please shoot us an email

  • Do you cater events?

    Looking to have a little ice cream social? We got just the setup for you! Pinky’s can scoop at parties, markets, fairs & even weddings!! Ask us about our scoop cart to learn more!

  • Do you offer dairy free options?

    Yes we do! Both dairy free ice creams, sorbet and vegan treats!

  • Do you offer gluten-free flavors?

    We do! Many of our ice creams are GF and all of our mix-in’s are made in house to keep complete control over allergies and quality.

  • We don't use any eggs

    Yes, you read correctly. We are an eggless ice cream for a few reasons. For one, eggs certainly have a flavor, one we don’t want to hinder the real stars of the show. Two, most egg base recipe or at least the ones I’ve enjoyed usually only call for yolks. Doesn’t feel all to sustainable throwing out or looking to use all those extra egg whites and forget about buying cartons of pasteurized yolks like most places, YUCK! But most importantly, our ice cream doesn’t weigh you down and make you uncomfortably stuffed from being overly rich with eggs. Our ice cream makes ya feel good! Taking down a pint has never been easier, you’re welcome.

  • Wait, Blue Cheese in ice cream?

    Yeah, don’t make it weird. Look, ice cream is an amazing vehicle for encapsulating flavors, holding them just right at their peak and preserving them right up to that point you lick it off the spoon. Don’t get stuck in a box, just go with it. Ice cream is a medium that allows us to get creative. Roasted peach & blue cheese, think of a cheese board. We’re not using super funky stinky cheeses yet a sweeter creamier blue that melts just right with the ice cream itself. It’s okay to be different.
